Conditions of use
nieguadalajara.com publishes guides on the papers foreigners need in Guadalajara, and it answers the questions people send. These conditions explain how that works. By using the site or writing to us, you accept them.
Who we are
NIE Guadalajara is an independent private service. It does not belong to any administration, local or national, and it never acts in the name of the police, the Oficina de Extranjería or the town hall. We explain procedures such as the NIE, the TIE card, the padrón and the EU registration certificate, and we help people prepare them. We take no decision on any application, and we cannot promise a result or a date.
What the guides are
The guides give general information, checked against the official pages they cite when they were written. Procedures change: new forms, new fees, new office practice. A guide also cannot judge your own case. Before an important step, check the official source, or write to us.
A message is not a contract
A message through a form or by email is a question, not a contract. If you then want our help, we tell you in writing what it covers and what it costs before anything starts, and nothing starts without your clear yes. Either we do the work, or a partner firm takes on your file; we tell you which before you agree.
Official fees and decisions
The Modelo 790 código 012 and any other official fee are paid to the State, apart from the cost of any help. Only the authorities decide on numbers, certificates, cards and authorisations. A complete folder and a booked appointment make the day easier; they do not decide the outcome.
Pages we link to
We link to official pages and to partner firms. Those sites answer for what they publish, and they set their own rules.
Our responsibility
We take care over our work, but we answer neither for what the administration decides, nor for rule changes that come after a guide is published, nor for the number of free appointments.
Questions, and Spanish law
For any question about these conditions, write to contact@nieguadalajara.com. Spanish law governs them.
