Data privacy
When you send nieguadalajara.com a form or an email, you share some personal data with us. This page explains what we do with it, and which rights you have over it.
The data we receive
Our forms ask for your name and your email address, which we need in order to answer you. Optional fields: a phone number, your nationality (the country of your passport), the procedure on your mind and a few lines about your case. The server records the date and time of the message and the IP address it came from, to help block automated spam.
The reasons we use it
Your data lets us answer your message and, if you ask for help, work on your procedure with you. Our legal bases: pre-contract steps taken at your request, and a legitimate interest in protecting our forms from abuse. We do not use your data for advertising, and we never sell it.
Anyone else who receives it
When you ask for help, we may share your request with the partner firm that would handle it, for that use only. Our hosting and email providers also handle data for us, under contracts that require them to protect it. We pass nothing to any administration unless you ask us to.
When we delete it
If a conversation goes no further, we delete it once it is no longer useful. Files of people we help are kept for the legal retention period of this type of service, then deleted.
Rights the GDPR gives you
Under the GDPR you can ask to see your data, to correct it, to delete it, to limit its use, to object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format. Write to contact@nieguadalajara.com; we reply within the time the GDPR sets. If you think we have not respected your rights, you may file a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
Cookies
The site sets only the cookies it needs to send a form securely. It has no advertising cookies, and nothing that follows you to other websites.
